allowed time (00:10:00) using connection string: Data Source=lync13sql01;Initial Catalog=mgc;Integrated Security=SSPI;Failover Partner=lync13sql02. ---> 
System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. 
The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections.
 (provider: Named Pipes Provider, error: 40 - Could not open a connection to SQL Server) ---> System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception: The network path was not found


Roztwór :

W rzeczywistości jest utrata połączenia SQL między serwerem "Persistent Chat Room" a Twój serwer SQL

Ponownie (Sieci, usługa problem SQL nie rozpoczął ), sprawdź telnet na porcie SQL (1433 Domyślnie ) prace a następnie uruchom ponownie usługę RTCCHAT (Lync Server Persistent Chat)
